The VIP Buyer Programme is a curated business matchmaking programme designed to bring qualified airport and aviation decision-makers from across Asia to meet exhibitors at IASEA 2027.
As part of the programme, VIP Buyers commit to a minimum of 6 business meetings across the 3-day event, facilitated by our dedicated concierge team.
Qualified VIP Buyers receive exclusive benefits including complimentary accommodation*, VIP lounge access, lunch and dedicated concierge support.

Your nominated contact will receive an invitation to register for a Visitor Pass. Once registered, the IASEA Buyer Team will review their profile against the VIP Buyer qualification criteria and keep you informed of the outcome.
VIP Buyer Criteria
The programme is open to senior decision-makers and key influencers based in Asia, including:
- Airport Operations Leaders - responsible for airside, terminal, AOCC and airport operations
- Airline & Ground Operations Leaders - responsible for airline or ground handling operations
- Engineering & Technical Decision-Makers - involved in evaluating or specifying airport equipment, systems and infrastructure
- IT, Digital & Transformation Leaders - responsible for airport technology, digitalisation and operational transformation
- Procurement & Commercial Decision-Makers - responsible for evaluating, sourcing or purchasing airport technologies, equipment and services
