The IASEA 2027 VIP Buyer Programme is designed to connect qualified decision-makers from airports, airlines, and ground handlers across Asia who oversee airside planning and operations with global solution providers through curated business meetings. The programme provides an opportunity to discover the latest equipment, technologies, and innovations that can improve ground handling efficiency, turnaround performance, safety, and operational resilience.
As part of the programme, VIP Buyers commit to a minimum of six (6) business meetings with exhibitors across the 3-day event, facilitated by our dedicated concierge team and matched according to their operational interests and procurement priorities.

VIP Buyer Criteria
The programme is open to senior decision-makers and key influencers based in Asia, including:
- Airport Operations Leaders - responsible for airside, terminal, AOCC and airport operations
- Airline & Ground Operations Leaders - responsible for airline or ground handling operations
- Engineering & Technical Decision-Makers - involved in evaluating or specifying airport equipment, systems and infrastructure
- IT, Digital & Transformation Leaders - responsible for airport technology, digitalisation and operational transformation
- Procurement & Commercial Decision-Makers - responsible for evaluating, sourcing or purchasing airport technologies, equipment and services
