New World Development, a Hong Kong-based property conglomerate, reveals that it has a US$2.5 billion retailtainment development plan called the ‘11 Skies’. This will be in the SkyCity of the Hong Kong International Airport with a gross floor area of 3.8 million sqft and will be operated by K11. It will open by phase and will be completed overall in 2025.
By early 2024, the first phase of entertainment attractions should have been open. It will have different attractions like 4D motion flying theatre and an immersive media art exhibition. It will also be home to over 800 shops and 120 dining concepts.
