VIP Buyer Criteria

To qualify for the VIP Buyer Programme, you should be a senior decision-maker or key influencer based in Asia, including:

Airport Operations Leaders: Airside, Terminal, AOCC and Airport Operations
Airline & Ground Operations Leaders
Engineering & Technical Decision-Makers: involved in specifying or evaluating airport equipment and systems
IT, Digital & Transformation Leaders: responsible for airport technology and operational transformation
Procurement & Commercial Decision-Makers: responsible for sourcing and purchasing airport technologies, equipment and services

Typical VIP Buyer profiles include but not limited to: Airport Operations Leaders, Heads of Airside & Terminal Operations, AOCC Directors, Airline & Ground Operations Leaders, Engineering & Maintenance Heads, IT & Digital Leaders, and Procurement & Technology Decision-Makers.

VIP Buyer Passes are by invitation only and subject to qualification and approval by the organiser.

VIP Buyer Upgrade Eligibility

To be considered for an upgrade from a Visitor Pass to a VIP Buyer Pass:

Register: Complete your Visitor Pass registration.
Get reviewed: The IASEA VIP Buyer Team will review your profile against the VIP Buyer qualification criteria.
Get invited: Eligible airport and aviation professionals will receive an invitation to upgrade to a VIP Buyer Pass.

VIP Buyer upgrades are available until 28 February 2027 only. No upgrades will be offered after this date or onsite during the event.
